As part of the UK-Israel Science days in London, the Blavatnik Cambridge Fellowships digital poster presentations event took place in March 2023 and was hosted at the House of Lords by Lord McDonald of Salford, Master of Christ’s College, Cambridge. The event highlighted the scientific achievements of past and present Blavatnik Cambridge Fellows and their career path in fostering scientific relations between UK and Israel. The event consisted of five stations across which stakeholders and academics had the opportunity to meet in person with the fellows and discuss their research findings and careers. The presented research fields ranged from applied mathematics and theoretical physics, genomics and endocrinology, mechanical engineering, molecular genetics, psychiatry and neurology, medicine - mycobacterial infection, astronomy and more.
Following in the week, the fellows attended the Science days Grand Reception at the Wellcome Collection to celebrate UK-Israel mutual achievements. .
